Extensive experience in Total Quality Management, interdepartmental coordination, program assessment, and implementation of Texas Coordinating Board and Texas Workforce Commission programs.
Financial manager for a college level continuing education program, as well as numerous special project school to work programs.
Retired Colonel – USAF. Air Force duties included logistics, aircraft maintenance, commander, and security assistance. Served as a past Vice President of the American Center for International Policy Studies, a 501c (3) non-profit organization.
Ex-Officio member of the Texoma Regional Advisory Council for TCOG AAA.
Past chairman of the non-profit Texoma Senior Citizens Foundation.
